**Family ticket admits 2 Adults and 2 Children under 12.

Children aged under four years carried or in a push chair will be admitted free of charge and do not need a ticket.

Child tickets must be purchased together with an Adult ticket.  A maximum of four children will be admitted with each adult. 

Attendees under 17 must be accompanied by a responsible ticket holding parent or guardian.

In the event of a dispute regarding the age of a child, the onus is on the parent or guardian to provide documentary evidence as proof of age. 

During busy times it may not be possible to get photographs with all of the costume characters, so early admission is advised.
